SOUP & SALADS

Rose Garden house salad - baby arugula lightly tossed with goat cheese vinaigrette, topped with roasted pecans, dried cranberries and fresh pear

Maine lobster bisque -
pieces of fresh Maine lobster atop creamy bisque with a hint of Calvados apple brandy

Fresh spring greens -
topped with fresh papaya, golden pineapple, roasted Vidalia onion and avocado lime dressing

Vegetarian vegetable consommé - with cheese tortellini and fresh julienne vegetable


APPETIZERS

Pâté de foie gras - pepper crusted and served with caramelized figs and sliced dark rye

Smoked salmon potato pancake - locally smoked in Maine, pan seared and served with sour cream and fresh dill sauce

Marinated jumbo shrimp - chilled and served with fresh mango yogurt cilantro sauce

Sundried tomato palmier - flakey pastry and sundried tomato baked golden and topped with roasted eggplant and goat cheese

Strudel filled with asparagus - toasted walnuts, gruyere cheese,

accompanied by summer greens and balsamic vinaigrette


 

 

MAIN COURSE ENTRÉES

 

Rose Garden's “Fog Horn Calling” - fresh Maine lobster, scallops, shrimp and red snapper gently simmered in cream of sherry stock with vegetable strands over a bed of broccoli rabe

Maine lobster served out of the shell - with pepe pasta, parisienne of assorted vegetables and lobster sauce

Salmon and haddock braid - hand braided and baked to perfection beautifully presented over roasted sweet pepper sauce and fresh spinach sauce

Rosemary crusted lamb chops - pan seared with fresh garlic, long stem artichoke hearts and Madeira wine sauce

Pecan Crusted beef tenderloin - pan seared to perfection with imported French Roquefort cheese

Vegetarian wild mushroom crêpes - three hand-made crêpes filled with wild mushroom duxelle on a bed of fresh broccoli rabe and drizzled with fresh thyme infused white truffle oil
